He has formed hundreds of corporations, LLC's and non-profits and represented companies in all types of conflict, from administrative hearings to complex litigation, tax disputes, and bankruptcy. Counsel extends to such related areas as asset protection, and representation in the acquisition and sale of small enterprises.
