The firm is not intended to be all things to all people and consciously
limits its areas of responsibility. We do not handle worker's compensation
issues, social security claims, or act as plaintiff's counsel in EEOC or
sexual harassment cases. However, in each of these areas our business
and corporate department represents defendant clients on a regular basis.
The firm associates or participates in Alternative Dispute Resolution,
tax controversies, administrative hearings, zoning and rezoning issues,
Home Owner Associations, and franchise and small business start ups...all
through our regular departments. Should you have a question in any area of
law, please do not hesitate to inquire.

BUSINESS AND CORPORATE
From our inception, the representation of businesses has been the hallmark of the
firm. Our commitment to providing a diversity of legal strengths, low cost, and prompt response has
brought a business base of over three hundred firms and professionals.
Our clients range from small cleaning services to international production companies; from a seller of toy trains to banks and
insurance companies; and from garages and mechanics to the most sophisticated medical, dental, and
legal professionals. Our incorporation costs average $650 for basic services for "C" corporations,
"S" corporations, and "LLC's". We represent both profit and non-profits and provide annual registered
agent services for about $150 per year (including filing fees and unlimited simple phone access).
Generally all of our business clients enjoy retainer waivers and operate on an hourly basis with
fees ranging from $40 to $175 per hour depending on services. Simple phone calls are not charged,
nor are normal copying and long distance services.
Gleichman & Debranski provides service to both debtor and creditor clients
through business representation and a sophisticated bankruptcy practice. We have experience in creditor
cases of over $5,000,000.00, and represent debtors in consumer cases which do not affect our business
clients. Creditor clients are handled on an hourly basis, with a minimum retainer of $lOOO. Hourly
billing rates range from $50 to $175 per hour. The charge for consumer bankruptcies is typically $800
plus filing costs for Chapter 7. This includes all necessary filings and the 341 meeting.

DOMESTIC RELATIONS AND FAMILY LAW
Gleichman & Debranski handles all aspects of family law in Georgia, including
divorces, adoptions, prenuptial agreements, and non-traditional lifestyle agreements.
Literally thousands of domestic cases have been handled by the firm. From completely uncontested divorces priced from $750 plus costs, to complex multi state or financially
intricate arrangements which are handled on an hourly basis with retainer, the firm is capable of the
most demanding of applications. Domestic contempt actions begin at $1,000.00, modifications begin
at $1,500.00. A client may anticipate a contested custody case to cost in the range of $3,000.00-
$10,000.00, but keep in mind that the vast majority of these type of cases are resolved early in
the litigation process.
Traditional stepparent and third party adoptions are routine and very special.
The firm associates specialists in surrogacy cases, and coordinates agency adoptions as well. The
costs for these services vary widely and are based upon the complexity of the situation.
Prenuptial and non traditional lifestyle agreements and disagreements are
becoming more prevalent. The firm has prevailed in cases for and against custody by homosexual
parents, and has represented clients in millions of dollars of disputed premarital asset controversies.
A client can expect a retainer of approximately $1000 for prenuptial agreements and a minimum of
$1500 for more non traditional issues.

REAL PROPERTY GROUP
The firm has tremendous expertise with residential and commercial
real estate transactions, handling in the past year over one quarter of a
billion dollars in sales volume.
Gleichman & Debranski handles condemnations, rezonings, foreclosures,
and assumptions, as well as more typical closing arrangements. From commercial closings of several
million dollars, to residential lot sales of several hundred dollars, the firm
is experienced, insured and capable. Our closing department uses Landtech, a
state of the art software for real estate closings; direct wire transfers of
funds; and is the principal attorney for several area mortgage companies.
Attorney's fees in these transactions are generally based upon the size of the
transaction, because often the size mirrors the complexity of a transfer. Also
available are title searches, owner and lender title policies, surveys and
abstracts, the cost of which are dependent upon the exchange.
Generally, residential closings are priced from $400.
Commercial closings begin at $400.00 but are extremely dependent on the transaction.
Condemnations are handled on an hourly basis, foreclosures
begin at $750, contracts are generally hourly (expect at least $250),
assumptions generally run from $350, and buyer/seller closing representation is
available on an hourly basis.

ESTATE, PROBATE, TRUSTS, AND WILLS
Wills and estates comprise a substantial portion of the practice of the
firm. Every probate matter is different, but some anticipated price ranges are $500 plus
filing and publishing costs for a probate in common form, and $1,500 for a probate in solemn
form (needed when real estate is involved). Caveats to estates are usually taken on an hourly
basis, with a retainer of $2500. The firm deeply believes in the necessity of a will, and
will provide simple wills for local residents with assets under $50,000 and no children or
specific bequests for a nominal charge. We provide basic will services, as well as estate
packages, which include wills, living wills, powers of attorney, durable health care agencies,
and such deeds as are necessary to effectuate any donative intent.
A typical husband and wife will package for an estate under $1,000,000.00 generally costs $375.00 to $500.00.
For estates exceeding $1,500,00.00, expect charges of approximately $500 (individual estate packages), $650 (Husband and wife estate packages) and trusts from $1,200.00 to $1500.00.

CRIMINAL CASES
Although we have successful trial victories in criminal cases, this firm handles
only misdemeanor and felony cases which do not qualify as violent or capital offenses. An example
of the typical cases are DUI's, possession of controlled substances, vehicular accident and traffic
charges, and domestic violence issues. We also represent clients in White collar criminal cases
where the criminal practice is predominantly an adjunct to the business law base of the firm.
Fees quoted are based upon a negotiated solution, and each case must be evaluated on its merits and
an estimate made of the time involved. All criminal fees are required to be paid in full before
the case is accepted.

INSURANCE (Defense)
Gleichman & Debranski has excellent insurance references. For ten years
the firm has handled subrogation cases. Insurance defense cases are generally handled on either
an hourly basis (from $125 to $175 per hour) or packages of similar cases are accepted
together in special pricing arrangements.
Allow us to discuss the options at your convenience.
INSURANCE (Plaintiff)
Gleichman & Debranski has experience with hundreds of insurance plaintiff
actions. This type of case is generally accepted on either an hourly basis, with retainer,
or on a contingency basis (between 20% and 50%) with clients responsible for court costs,
depositions, and expert fees. These out of pocket expenses are requested from clients at such
time as it appears that litigation is unavoidable.
